WHAT IS BILL, TYPES AND PROCEDURE

WHAT IS BILL?

A bill is not a law yet until is sign as law by the executive arm of government. A BILL is also set to be a proposed cause of action, or a proposal.

                          Types of bill

1. Public bill; this bill has to do with the issue confronting the country (public).it is usually proposed by the executive arms of government.

2. Private member bill; this is a bill that is  introduce by a legislature or a law maker.

3. Money bill; this is a bill that that deals with how government involves itself in racism and spending of money. ( Revenue, expenditure and budget).
